Simple Miso Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons dashi granules
  • 3 Tbs miso paste
  • 8 oz silken tofu, diced
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Nori seaweed sheet, small dice

Instructions

  1. Add dashi granules to water and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and whisk in miso paste.
  3. Stir in tofu. Add scallion whites. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add seaweed, scallion greens & serve.
