Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 teaspoons dashi granules
- 3 Tbs miso paste
- 8 oz silken tofu, diced
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 Nori seaweed sheet, small dice
Instructions
- Add dashi granules to water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium and whisk in miso paste.
- Stir in tofu. Add scallion whites. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add seaweed, scallion greens & serve.
